Prophet J.K. Oladipupo of the Faith and Victory Church has predicted the Super eagles will qualify to the semi final of the World Cup.
In an interview granted with Tribune, the Man of God said he predicted President Muhammadu Buhari’s winning the 2015 general elections.
“I predicted victory for Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 election. God told me Buhari had been ordained to win the election no matter what,” he said.
This time round, Prophet Oladipo made it clear Mikel Obi and his teammates will fly Nigeria’s flag up to the last four in Russia.
“Let me add this. I predicted that the Super Eagles would qualify for the World Cup. Now that the tournament is about to start, they will surpass the highest stage reached by any African team in the history of the tournament,” he added.
The Super Eagles will arrive Russia on Monday, June, 11 as they begin their quest in their sixth appearance at the Mundial.
Gernot Rohr’s side will be taking on Croatia in their first match on June, 16, then lock horns with Iceland on June, 22, before tackling Argentina on June, 26.
The three-time African champions have played five friendlies this year against Poland, Serbia, DR Congo, England, and the Czech Republic but have only managed to win against the Robert Lewandowski led side.
However, Rohr has come out to defend his boys saying that his team should not be judged with the friendly matches.
The German tactician stressed that the warm up matches are dress rehearsals for the tournament proper.
Meanwhile, Plusmila.com had earlier reported Nigerian fan were angry at the Super Eagles performance in their final pre-World Cup friendly against the Czech Republic.
The Green and White men lost by a 1-0 as the supporters lashed out on the way the team played on social media.
