The rector of federal poly oko ‘Prof Onu’ knelt for oko community, pleads for forgiveness

The rector of federal polytechnic ” Prof Godwin Onu” yesterday being 30th of june 2017, with the school governing council went to the community’s traditional ruler’s home ” Prof laz Ekwueme( Igwe ijikala II) ” where all the igwe in council  with the PG oko people’s union where present to welcome them.

Meanwhile Prof the rector of fed poly oko ” prof Godwin Onu ” where not in good terms with the community for good four years because of his bad governance and for sacking some of the town indigens that are staff’s in the school for not just reason’s, which made oko indigens people asking the federal government to remove him from fedpoly oko because of his attitudes towards oko people.

During his visit with school governing council yesterday to the igwe’s palace ,while he was making a speech addressing ,he knelt down in front the igwe to ask for forgiveness for all the problem he had with them some years ago .
