Yemi Osinbajo, Nigeria’s acting president on May 30, inaugurated the board of the Nigerian Industrial Policy and Competitiveness Advisory Council. The 36-member Council, will be chaired by the acting president himself.
The members are drawn from representatives of the public and private sectors as well as a seven-member Technical Committee. The Council is expected to plan and supervise policies that will speed up Nigeria’s industrialisation bid.
