Tout seizes tyre and demands money from a lady who had a flat tyre on 3rd mainland bridge
According to this twitter user, she was driving on 3rd Mainland bridge when she had a flat tyre right. The man pictured above jumped down from a moving vehicle, seized her tyre and demanded money from her. According to the man, Lagos is his Father’s land so he has the right to demand for money. The twitter user also said she did not give him a dime. Thankfully she was with her driver.
